WWHA provide homes and services to more than 17,000 people. We work in 14 local authorities and manage over 9,000 properties.

We have over 300 staff committed to providing quality services to our residents and other customers. We have offices in Cardiff in South Wales and Flint in North Wales, but most of our staff work in the communities where our residents live. 

WWHA has charitable status and we believe we should be more than just a landlord. We also believe in listening to what our customers tell us. That's why we work with our residents and partners to develop and support the communities in which they live. We also have an effective complaints process for putting things right if customers are not satisfied.
