
Our success is due to a talented and committed team of 330 staff working throughout Wales.
Our services are delivered by specialist teams of staff, many of whom are based in the areas in which our residents live. A number of our staff work remotely using the latest technology to assist them in providing good quality services to customers.
We have a number of site based staff who make sure our estates and schemes are well maintained and specialist staff who manage our accommodation for older people.
We also have a dedicated team working in our 24 hour Customer Service Centre, which deals with over 240,000 calls each year.
To enable our front line staff to spend most of their time with our residents, they are supported by effective and professional Head Office staff, making sure they have the systems and information they need.
