Customer Service Centre
Our Customer Service Centre deals with all calls to WWHA and is open 24 hours a day, 7 days per week, 365 days per year. To contact the Customer Service Centre call 0800 052 2526.
The Emergency Alarm service also operates 24/7. Residents contact us by activating an alarm in their property.

We have office staff available to assist you between 8.30 - 4pm Monday to Friday.
Field Working Staff
Many of our front line staff work on our estates and in our schemes and spend most of their time dealing with issues that affect customers. If you would like a member of staff to visit you at home please contact the Customer Service Centre.
