Children playing at WWHA Fun Day
At WWHA we believe in making a positive commitment to the communities in which we own and manage properties.

We also work hard to make sure that our residents have the opportunity to be involved in and make a contribution to their local communities.

We have a number of buildings on estates that are used by community groups for the benefit of residents and the wider community, including:

  • Caerau Court, Cardiff
  • Mount View, Merthyr Vale
  • Brackla, Bridgend
  • St Mellons, Cardiff

We work closely with various groups and agencies to make sure that wider community services are available to our residents and that they know where and how to access them.

We undertake a wide range of community activities, from litter picks to being members of Communities First Partnerships.
