WWHA manages over a quarter of all retirement accommodation in Wales and we believe that older people should be given the opportunity to live independently in their own self contained homes in a supportive environment.
We ensure that older people have independence with peace of mind by providing a 24 hour emergency alarm service. We also build properties specifically designed to meet the needs of older residents.
We understand that retirement housing may not suit those who would prefer to remain within their existing homes, so we can provide an emergency alarm service through a small discrete unit attached to a phone line.
If you are interested in housing for older people please contact the Customer Service Centre or email us.
CSHS Accreditation
In 2008 we received accreditation to the Centre for Sheltered Housing Studies (CSHS) Code of Practice. This accreditation confirms that we are working to a high standard so that residents and other stakeholders can have confidence in the services we provide.
