If we have recently offered you a tenancy with us you'll have lots to think about before moving home. Our lettings staff will be happy to give you advice about moving into your home and becoming a WWHA resident.

We will ask you to sign a tenancy agreement and this is usually carried out in the office or at your new home with your Housing Officer. At this meeting your Housing Officer will give you advice about your new home and how you can pay your rent. They can also advise you on applying for help to pay your rent, if this is needed.

Within eight weeks of moving into your new home we will visit you to check you are satisfied with the property and the service you've received from us.

We'll give you a copy of our Residents' Handbook. Please keep this safe as it provides information and advice about managing your tenancy.

In this section you can also find out about moving once you have become a WWHA resident.
