
All services we provide to residents are paid for by the rent we collect. Without this we could not exist as a business. As part of your tenancy agreement you have to pay us rent for your home.
Most residents do pay their rent in advance, however a small minority choose not to. This can sometimes be because they are having difficulty managing their finances.
When this happens we can help by discussing the best way forward or directing you to other agencies. However when residents fail to contact us we will take firm action to prevent debt rising.
