Providing services that residents are happy with is very important to us. We ensure that residents are consulted about the services we provide and we ask you how satisfied you are with them.
Resident satisfaction among our residents is consistently high, but we believe there is always room for improvement. We monitor how satisfied residents are and take action if we have failed to achieve our high standards of service.
We monitor our performance in a number of ways, including a survey of all residents every three years.
